This apolitical site emerged after a long and painstaking research at sundry U. S. and Brazilian documents, papers and Naval publications. Unfolded with vivid memoirs it sheds a light in the heroism, saga, adventure and sacrifice of so many sailors and aviators of both forces which suddenly were cast into a war whose violence and mass destruction had never been experienced by mankind. This is a timely tribute to those brave young which gave their today for a tomorrow of peace and justice
